The app's three main functions are reporting a concern, viewing the notification log, and using 2 Factor Authentication for signing into the desktop version of MyConcern. MyConcern is GDPR compliant, ISOInformation Security Management certified, and accredited under the UK Government's 'Cyber Essentials Plus' scheme. Please note that the app is only available to customers with a subscription to MyConcern, and it requires a unique email address to log in. Additionally, the app is compatible with any version of MyConcern integrated into an organization's own systems, such as a Management Information System (MIS).
